Not every client who comes to us needs full end-to-end planning. Some of you have families who are deeply involved, time you're willing to give, and the bandwidth to be 100% immersed in the process. If that's you, hiring a full planning team isn't support — it's an unnecessary layer between you and decisions you actually want to make yourself.

So before you decide what kind of help you need, ask yourself one question: what part of this process actually overwhelms you? For most clients, it's one of three things.

1. Venue & Destination Support
You've fallen into what we call the Google Attack — the endless scroll of hotel listings, tempting online prices, and the confusion that follows when the "bulk pricing" you asked for comes back nowhere close to what the website showed. If this is your bottleneck, you don't need a planner. You need someone to find, negotiate, and lock down the right venue — then hand you the keys.

2. Partial Planning
You've booked your venue — maybe even with us — but everything after that feels like a second full-time job. Vendors, negotiations, coordination, ground support. If you don't need someone running the whole show, but you do need someone standing between you and vendor chaos, this is your tier.

3. Full Planning
You want one point of contact who owns everything — mood boards, vendors, logistics, time zones, RSVPs, hospitality, the works. You stay 100% involved in every decision. You just don't want to be the one making the fifty phone calls to get there.

Pick the one that matches your actual problem. Not the one that sounds most impressive.
